3) Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Site or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site,
• scrape, crawl, or extract data at rates that could harm the Site's performance or infrastructure,
• submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content,
• impersonate a school, claim a listing without authorization, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation,
• use automated systems or bots to access the Site without permission,
• violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Site.

4) User submissions (suggest edits / claim)

If you submit corrections, updates, or claim a school listing, you confirm that:

• you are authorized to represent the school or have permission to submit the information,
• the information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading,
• you have the right to submit such information and it does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify, or remove any submissions that are inaccurate, unauthorized, violate these Terms, or are otherwise inappropriate. We are not obligated to publish or maintain any user-submitted content.

5) Intellectual property

Our branding, user interface, design, and original content are owned by or licensed to Horizon Path SPC. This includes but is not limited to logos, text, graphics, and the overall look and feel of the Site.

Third-party content (such as school images, descriptions, or other materials) remains owned by its respective owners. We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Site (which is currently zero, as the Site is free to use).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Sultanate of Oman.
