I went there to get my Grade 12 Equivalence certificate. Since I am from Pakistan, they asked me to have my Grade 12 Pakistan certificate attested by the IBCC, with QR Code certification mentioned. Then, it should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Pakistan and Oman, as well as the Pakistan Embassy in Muscat. After all the attestations, I received my Grade 12 Equivalence. The staff is very professional and efficient. paid 5 Riyals through a bank card to get the final equivalence certificate.
Attestation of academic documents for foreign students who studied in Schools (Grades X and XII) in Oman need to get attestation of their certificates for admissions in Omani universities from their (1) respective school, (2) their Embassy (Pay fee) (3) Ministry of Foreign Affairs (10 Riyals per certificate), and then (4) Ministry of Education (10 Riyals per certificate). Later On Admission office submits documents to MoE, after confirmation, one meed to come In person to collect Equivalency Certificate paying 10 Riyals per certificate.
Biased service towards Omanis. Couldn't even provide a simple photocopy, even though the machine was right in the back. While the Omanis got more than once right in front of us.
