A very beautiful place with many facilities and play areas for children and adults 😅. It has three swimming pools (a children's pool, an outdoor pool for adults, and an indoor pool for adults that's also suitable for children). It has a variety of children's play equipment. It has various seating areas. There's also a ball pit, a barbecue area, and even a traditional oven. Honestly, the resort is very beautiful, and we really enjoyed our time there. The only downside is that the pool isn't heated.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service received from this establishment. I had made a reservation for a farmhouse stay on 24.04.2023 and paid advance money 2 weeks ahead. However, 1 day before the plan, I was informed that my reservation had been duplicated, and there was some one else occupied the farm house. This was a huge inconvenience, as I had made plans and arrangements based on my reservation with this establishment. It is unacceptable that such a basic mistake was made, which resulted in us being left without a place to stay. Furthermore, They did not offer any viable solutions or suggestions, and seemed indifferent to our predicament. I am extremely disappointed with the establishment, and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free experience. I hope that the management will take steps to ensure that such mistakes are not repeated in the future.
Place needs to be maintained. The water in the pools were green but seemed like it had too much chlore. When we asked the worker if he has a meter to check the readings of the water and he didnt even know what we are talking about. General maintenance required for the rooms and toilets.s
